StayTips gives your guests an interactive outings booklet with photos, search, useful filters and direct route links. Our Hospitality team selects the outings and keeps the content up to date. No. The StayTips Hospitality team handles the selection, setup and updates of the outings. You supply the basic information about your accommodation, leaving you more time for your guests.

Hotels, campsites, B&Bs, holiday homes and holiday parks. Even without a reception on site, you can give guests a personal welcome and inspiration for a great day nearby.

It varies by region. We set up your booklet with at least 50 outings, and usually 50 to 75 tips across different categories. The outings are within roughly 40 to 50 kilometres of your accommodation. Guests can discover plenty nearby without spending hours in the car.

Absolutely. Share your existing walks with the StayTips Hospitality team. We'll add them to your outings booklet with a clear description and a link to the digital route, so guests can open it on their phone. A walk should not have to turn into a treasure hunt!

No. Guests scan the QR code or open your link. The booklet opens directly in their browser on iOS and Android. They don't need an account to view outings. Some protected information about their stay may require a guest code.

Dutch, German, English, Polish and French. Choose two included languages. Additional languages cost €25 per language per year, per subscription, excluding VAT. Hospitality starts in your guests’ own language.

Of course. Add your personal link to the booking confirmation. Guests can start planning at home, reducing questions at reception and making their experience begin earlier.

Yes. Share your own local favourites as TopTips! in your dashboard. Use a guest message for live music or a change to breakfast times, for example. The message appears in your own outings booklet when guests use it.

No. Download your QR code and ready-made print designs in various formats. Print a card for reception or a table card and guests can start exploring straight away.

Yes. Guest benefits lets you share local offers, such as a free slice of apple pie with your coffee or a special lunch menu. Include the participating partner, validity and conditions. You can also add an existing EAN barcode supplied by the partner. Guests can display it on their phone using your accommodation’s guest code. This is a shared till code, rather than a single-use voucher; you agree the arrangements with the participating business.

Within seven days of payment and receipt of your complete accommodation details and photos. The StayTips Hospitality team takes care of the setup.

Twelve months, with no automatic renewal. You decide whether to continue when it ends.

Yes. The Host package lets you manage up to ten properties from your own dashboard. For eleven or more, we provide a tailored quote.
