Erlebnisberg Sternrodt in Olsberg-Bruchhausen has an all-weather toboggan run on rails. A lift pulls the sledges about 300 metres uphill, then it's over 900 metres of bends back down. You control the speed yourself with the hand brake. Each sledge seats two, and children up to 10 ride with an adult. There's a playground and a restaurant by the run, and the Bruchhauser Steine are close by. In extreme weather the run closes temporarily, so call ahead if in doubt.
