I already have a digital guest directory. What does StayTips do differently?
Many digital guest directories focus mainly on information about the accommodation. You often have to add and maintain local tips yourself. StayTips gives your guests an interactive outings booklet with photos, search, useful filters and direct route links. Our Hospitality team selects the outings and keeps the content up to date. That means more convenience for your guests and less work for you. Already have a digital guest directory? Simply link it to your StayTips outings booklet.
Does my guest need to download an app?
No. The QR code or link opens the booklet directly in the browser on iOS and Android. Guests can also add it to their home screen.
Do I have to maintain the outings myself?
No. Our Hospitality team manages the outings and updates. You can still add your favourite places as TopTips!
How many outings will my booklet contain?
It varies by region. We set up your booklet with at least 50 outings, and usually 50 to 75 tips across different categories. The outings are within roughly 40 to 50 kilometres of your accommodation. Guests can discover plenty nearby without spending hours in the car.
We already have walking routes. Can we include them?
Absolutely. Share your existing walks with the StayTips Hospitality team. We'll add them to your outings booklet with a clear description and a link to the digital route, so guests can open it on their phone. A walk should not have to turn into a treasure hunt!
